If your teen has a task to do either at home or school, breaking down the task into small parts is the first step. To help you along, herein are a few ideas that may improve your teen’s ability in handling tasks. This involves analyzing the components surrounding the task or activity. Setting specific goals set them on the path to developing the necessary strategies in handling various tasks. You will first have to observe and work out the average time your teen can concentrate on a task. Encourage the teen to complete their task with some time left to review the whole complete task.
