We have to realize that very often procrastination is something that blocks us from getting things done, living the dream life that we want to live, and making the right choices. You can read and learn as much as you want about motivation, time management, planning, and self-discipline but unless you decide to take action and change your habits and daily routines, your thinking and behavior will remain the same.
