TAIT: Have wheels, will bargain – Edmonton Sun

But when things were snapping and crackling more frequently, I knew I had to get my chair looked at before I made an impromptu faceplant with our hardwood floor. And I was given a great offer — the nice man named Robert in the service department asked if I would like my chair to be picked up and a loaner chair. I gave Robert my dimensions of my chair and two days later a gentleman named Brad showed up with my own set of wheels and took away my wobbly chair. On the other hand, the width of my loaner chair has, very subtly, made me think twice before rolling over to give the fridge door another yank.
